Telecare

Each participant of the Project will be offered free cardiological telecare monitored by Telecare Centre of Nowa Rehabilitacja, which allows cardiological supervision and modern telerehabilitation. The Telecare Centre will be monitoring EKG, blood pressure, heart rate, blood saturation and other parameters during exercises performed at home by each patient. The supervision will be carried out using high-tech digital telecare system.
